I stumbled upon Schedulicity recently and absolutely love the concept. 

If you run an appointment based business, as most wedding professionals do, Schedulicity allows you to offer online appointments to your prospects and clients.  It also works well if you have associates or other employees that clients can set up appointments with.  Best of all, it is compatible with mobile smart phones like Blackberry and iPhone. 

While pre-qualifying is always key, you can give your Schedulicity link to qualified prospects after an initial phone call if they are unsure of a time to meet.  Clients can set up times for conference calls, consultations and meetings as well as reschedule, if necessary.  Schedulicity also takes into account current appointments on your books, so you can choose to set your Schedulicity calendar to a date in a future.
